Kontrollstellenerfassung (CPCS)

Unbegrenzte Möglichkeiten bietet Ihnen Guard Scout bei der Erstellung von Kontrollrunden und Kontrollstellen. 
Erstellen Sie Kontrollrunden mit beliebig vielen Kontrollstellen. Ob Sie 1 oder 100 Kontrollstellen in eine Runde integrieren, ist Ihre Entscheidung. Sie können jeder Kontrollstelle beliebige Anweisungen oder Aufgaben zuweisen, die dem Mitarbeiter bei der Erfassung angezeigt werden. Der Mitarbeiter kann an jeder Kontrollstelle Informationen eingeben, die im Protokoll erfasst werden.

Kontrollstellen erstellen Sie übrigens in Guard Scout selbst. Im Handumdrehen sind damit neue Objekte mit Kontrollpunkten ausgestattet. Beschädigte oder entfernte Kontrollpunkte sind ebenso schnell wieder ersetzt. Damit bleiben Sie immer flexibel und können sofort loslegen.

Mobile Arbeitszeiterfassung

Mit Guard Scout erfassen Sie minutengenau die Anfangs und Endzeiten der Einsätze Ihrer Mitarbeiter. Sobald der Mitarbeiter sich mit der App zum Dienst anmeldet, beginnt die Einsatzzeit. Diese endet mit Abmeldung vom System. Guard Scout bietet ebenfalls die Möglichkeit Pausenzeiten zu erfassen. Die Pausenzeiten werden separat in der Auswertung der Einsatzzeiten erfasst.

Die Anmeldung erfolgt immer in Verbindung mit einem Einsatz, kunden- bzw. auftragsbezogen. Somit haben Sie die Möglichkeit, Einsatzzeiten für jeden Mitarbeiter, Auftrag oder Kunden auszuwerten.

Mobiles Wachbuch

Während der Mitarbeiter im System angemeldet ist, kann er jederzeit Meldungen erfassen. Dabei werden Ort und Zeit automatisch der erstellten Meldung vom System zugewiesen. Die Ortsangabe erfolgt per GPS Messung. Sollte kein GPS-Signal zur Verfügung stehen, öffnet sich automatisch ein Fenster zur Adresseingabe. Diese Funktion kann auch manuell bei der Eingabe eines Berichtes aktiviert werden, sofern es erforderlich ist einen Bericht später anzufertigen, da der Mitarbeiter zum Beispiel mit der Verfolgung eines Verdächtigen beschäftigt ist.

Alle eingehenden Berichte können durch die Einsatzzentrale unverzüglich ausgewertet werden und sind im System abgelegt. Die Erstellung von Wachberichten ist für einzelne und mehrere Kunden, Aufträge oder auch Mitarbeiter möglich. Alle Einträge im Wachbuch sind leicht durch die Zentrale editierbar.

Fotoreport 

Häufig müssen Sicherheitsmitarbeiter vorgefundene Situationen fotografisch dokumentieren. Sei es beim Vorliegen einer Sachbeschädigung, bei unberechtigter Nutzung von Parkflächen oder anderen Umständen. Der Einsatz von Fotos ist im Sicherheitsbereich weitreichend. Guard Scout bietet Ihnen die Möglichkeit Fotos aufzunehmen, die mit Datum, Uhrzeit, GPS Koordinaten und dem Kommentar des Mitarbeiters in dem jeweiligen Wachbericht abgelegt werden. Es besteht keine Möglichkeit bereits erstellte Fotos über Guard Scout zu senden und schafft somit einen eindeutigen Nachweis.

Mit einigen Klicks erstellen Sie Vorlagen für Berichte, die automatisch an beliebige Emailadressen versendet werden können.

Aufgabenverwaltung

Mit Guard Scout können Sie jedem Mitarbeiter Aufgaben zuweisen. Die Aufgaben werden gleichfalls bestimmten Einsätzen zugewiesen und werden bei entsprechender Auswahl im Wachbericht angezeigt, damit eine Reaktion auf bestimmte Ereignisse auch dokumentiert werden kann. Alle folgenden Kommentare zwischen Einsatzzentrale und dem Aufgabeninhaber werden innerhalb der Aufgabenverarbeitung erfasst, bis die Aufgabe erledigt ist oder durch den Mitarbeiter zurückgewiesen wird. Nicht angenommene oder in Bearbeitung befindliche Aufgaben werden dem Mitarbeiter bleiben auf dem Gerät des Mitarbeiters solange aktiv, bis sie erledigt bzw. zurückgewiesen werden.
Aufgaben können auch anderen Mitarbeitern übertragen werden. Das Liegenbleiben von Aufgaben ist damit technisch ausgeschlossen.

GPS Tracking

Mit Guard Scout behalten Sie die Bewegungen Ihrer Mitarbeiter im Auge. Die Bewegungsdaten werden während der Arbeitszeit per GPS erfasst und protokolliert.

Damit können Sie jederzeit sehen, wo sich Ihre Mitarbeiter befinden, Bewegungsprofile in bestimmten Zeiträumen erstellen oder prüfen, wo sich Ihre Mitarbeiter derzeit bewegen. Sie können sich jederzeit die letzte übertragene Position Ihrer Mitarbeiter anzeigen lassen, was die Koordination z.B. in Notfällen deutlich vereinfacht. Ein Kartenausschnitt auf dem mobilen Endgerät zeigt auch dem Mitarbeiter seine aktuelle Position.

Mit Dienstanweisungen erhalten Mitarbeiter Informationen und Instruktionen zu bestimmten Aufträgen bzw. internen Sachverhalten. Diese Anweisungen können Sie mit Guard Scout auf den Geräten der entsprechenden bzw. aller Mitarbeiter anzeigen lassen. Der Mitarbeiter hat nach der Anmeldung zum Dienst so jederzeit die aktuell geltenden Regelungen abrufbereit auf seinem mobilen Endgerät.

SOS Funktion

Gerät ein Mitarbeiter in eine Notsituation, bleibt häufig nicht die Zeit für entsprechende Anrufe. In Ausnahmesituationen kann ein in Not geratener Mitarbeiter vielleicht gar nicht sprechen. Für diese Fälle bietet Guard Scout die SOS Funktion. Eine automatisierte Rettungssequenz, die auf verschiedenen Kanälen (mobiles Internet und Telefonnetz) entsprechend hinterlegte Rufnummern per SMS und die Einsatzzentrale informiert, dass sich der entsprechende Mitarbeiter in Not befindet. Das mobile Endgerät ruft parallel automatisch eine hinterlegte Telefonnummer an und wirkt so als Mikrofon am Ort des Geschehens. Durch Abfrage des letzten Standortes des Mitarbeiters können Hilfskräfte optimal koordiniert werden.

Interner Chat

Für den schnellen schriftlichen Austausch von Informationen zwischen angemeldeten Mitarbeitern sowie der Zentrale bzw. der Leitstelle dient der systemeigene Chat. Es werden keine zusätzlichen Programme oder Applikationen auf den mobilen Geräten benötigt. Private Unterhaltungen über die betriebliche Hardware ist bei entsprechender Sperre anderer Apps dann nicht möglich.

Digitaler Dienstausweis

Mit Guard Scout weisen sich Mitarbeiter künftig digital als tatsächlicher Befugter Ihres Unternehmens aus. Durch einen Klick auf die entsprechende Option zeigt das mobile Endgerät ein Bild des Mitarbeiters, das beim Anlegen des Mitarbeiters im System hinterlegt wurde, die entsprechende Dienstnummer und den Namen sowie weitere hinterlegte Informationen zum Mitarbeiter an, z.B. Unternehmen und Stellung des Mitarbeiters. Ein vergessener Dienstausweis, möglicherweise zum Ausweisen bei einer Kontrolle einer Ordnungsbehörde, gehört der Vergangenheit an.

Live-Berichte

Behalten Sie jederzeit den Überblick über die aktuelle Situation. Ständig eingehende Meldungen aller Mitarbeiter sowie an Mitarbeiter übergebene Aufgaben und deren Erledigung behalten Sie auf speziellen Echtzeitdarstellungen im Auge. Die Leitstelle ist auf diesen Bildschirmen in der Lage, direkt Maßnahmen auszulösen, die ggf. dokumentiert und ebenfalls im Wachbericht abgelegt werden, oder Berichte komfortabel zu bearbeiten.

Auswertungen

Gesammelte Daten können Sie mit Guard Scout zentral auswerten, bearbeiten und zu benötigten Berichten zusammenstellen.
